At DoxaWaistBeads, we aim to provide our customers with a delightful shopping experience that keeps them coming back. That is why we believe our policies should be fair, clear, and transparent.

Return Policy: Due to the personalized nature of waist beads, all sales are final.

Once payment has been made, processing fees are non-refundable after a 48-hour period following the purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We do not offer refunds for custom pieces. It is the customer's responsibility to describe their order and provide reference photos if they wish for the piece to be created based on a specific design. In the event of an imprecise description, our team will create the piece to the best of its ability. Custom orders are non-refundable once shipped.
The creation of custom waist beads bearing religious or political significance is at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order.

We are not liable if the customer drops or damages their item. If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the moment USPS tracking indicates the package has been delivered.
If the item does not fit because we sent the wrong size, please email us within 24 hours.
It is the customer's responsibility to choose the correct waist bead size. We are not responsible if a customer orders an incorrect size. Please consult the size guide to learn how to measure your waist.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible! If the wrong item was shipped by mistake, please send us an email with a clear subject line (this helps us process your request faster) and attach proof of order, the necessary details, and a photo of the items received. We will do our best to rectify the situation!
We accept no liability for incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address error occurs before the customer receives their confirmation email, they can still correct it by contacting us. The customer has 24 hours to do so; after this period, no action can be taken to resolve the issue.
We accept no liability for any allergies or injuries whatsoever.
The beads pose a choking hazard to young children!
This product is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
