Refund policy

All sales are final. At Doxawaistbead, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted beaded pieces. Because of the personal and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and shipped.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to this No-Refund policy.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at doxawaistbead@gmail.com with your order number. Once this window has passed or the item has shipped, the sale is final.

Damages, Defects, and Order Issues

Your satisfaction is very important to us. While we do not accept standard returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing, we will make things right if we made a mistake or if your item arrived damaged.

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at doxawaistbead@gmail.com if:

  • The item is defective or broken upon arrival.

  • The item was damaged during transit.

  • You received the wrong item or incorrect size/color from what you ordered.

To report an issue: Please email us with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged item or packaging. We evaluate these issues on a case-by-case basis. If your claim is validated, we will gladly ship a replacement item to you at no extra cost.

Sizing Disclaimers

Please note that buyers are fully responsible for choosing the correct measurements (in inches) before purchasing. Because our waist beads are personal items, we cannot offer replacements, adjustments, or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size.
