Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
We do our best to prepare your orders with the utmost care. All orders are processed and handled within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the following criteria:

3. Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, delivery times vary depending on your location:

4. Shipment Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active
5. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at doxawaistbead@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
